Ordering

Once you have selected an item, choose the desired size. Then confirm your choice by adding it to the shopping bag. If an item is sold out in a certain size, you can no longer select it in that size.

To add an item to your shopping cart, click the "In shopping bag" button when you're on the product page. If you wish to complete your purchase immediately, proceed to "Go to shopping bag". Here, you can still remove items and/or adjust the quantity.

Payment

Once you've made your selection and are ready to finalize your order, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button in the shopping bag. If you're not logged in yet, you can log in here, continue as a guest, or create an account. Once these details are entered, click on "Proceed to shipping". Here, you can enter your delivery address. Then click on "Proceed to payment method". Now, you'll enter the checkout area where you can select a payment method. Once the payment is completed, you'll receive a payment confirmation on-screen and automatically return to the webshop. You'll always receive an order confirmation via email.

Delivery

J.C. RAGS collaborates with DHL. Together, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. If you haven't received your package after 7 days, please contact our customer service.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for delivering your order to an address of your choice in the Netherlands are €4.95.

At jcrags.com, we offer various online payment methods. Each payment method has its own advantages. Below you'll find an explanation of all the payment options available in our webshop. iDEAL

The majority of Dutch consumers who make online purchases now use iDEAL for payment. When you choose iDEAL, you'll be directed to the secure environment of your own bank. The payment is processed through our payment provider, Adyen, which facilitates transactions between different banks. The secure environment works just like regular online banking. The biggest advantage of iDEAL is that the payment is made immediately, and we receive a notification of it. Once we receive this notification, we proceed immediately with your order!

Credit Card

You can also pay with a credit card (MasterCard/Visa/American Express). This payment method allows you to pay immediately, and the credit card company will collect the amount from you after a month. Paying by credit card on our website is entirely secure because we use a specialized payment provider (Adyen) to handle it. Additionally, each transaction undergoes fraud checks, providing you with peace of mind.
